I have been receiving CBT therapy from Lilian at the Headspace Dorset clinic for over 2 years now, without her support and guidance I wouldn't have been able to work through my issues with anxiety and family trauma that I had been dealing with since I was a teen. Receiving therapy with Lilian has allowed me to unpick and understand elements of my anxiety that I previously didn't understand, and now that I'm aware of these things I can work towards dealing with them better when they arise. I would highly recommend her services to anyone as her sessions are a safe, non-judgemental space to gain insight and support. I would not have made the progress that I have in the past 2 years, without her help.

As a chronic pain sufferer, I have had counselling before and also tried various different therapies and had a good grasp of how my childhood influenced me as an adult. However Lilian has helped me reach further, by putting the pieces of the jigsaw of my life together. Lilian really cares and her warm and caring personality have given me the guidance and support I needed by encouraging me to keep going when I felt there was no hope, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
